There is something that I believe God wants me to share with you very briefly. Yesterday God visited us in a special way and He told us some wonderful things. He told us that something really good is in the air. He said to me that some of you went back home and began to reason and rationalize what He said: “How is that going to happen? How is this something good going to happen to me? When I was in the church, under the hillary and excitement of the moment, I shouted and I believed it. When I got back home and cold reality.” (You know that’s not really reality. The Word of God is reality. You know that kind of false reality began to set in and you wished you could just build a tabernacle in church and have Pastor keep prophesying, and as pastor is prophesying you would be believing.) God said to tell you not to limit Him!
He says, “Don’t limit Me! You have no idea how big I am. Don’t limit Me, when I say a thing I mean it and when I mean it, I do it. Don’t limit Me.” That’s what your Father wants you to know. “Don’t put a limit on this good that is in the air, don’t go home and rationalize and then when you would have come with a bucket, you reduce it to a cup just so you can get something. No! Don’t limit Me, this is your time. This is your time for overflow! This is the season you have been waiting for. This is the time I have prepared you for but don’t limit Me. Don’t let your brain come in the way.”
“You can believe me for anything, don’t limit Me! Don’t limit what I can do in your life. Don’t limit Me! I am a big God. I am the One Whose centre is everywhere, and Whose circumference is nowhere. That’s Me! My centre is everywhere, but My circumference, which is My limit, is nowhere. There is no circumference to Me. Just when you think you have experienced some of My grace, there is more. There is more! Don’t limit Me! Don’t decide what you deserve from Me, it is My grace that made it available. Don’t limit Me!”
“Take the limit off what I can do in your life. Be prepared for great things! Be prepared for greatness! Be like Joseph! When the word of the king came to him, he shaved himself, changed his clothes and went and stood before him. Get up every morning and get dressed, ready to be the manager that your company is looking for. Don’t limit Me! Don’t go with sneakers and dirty jeans and expect to step into the greatness I’m talking to you about. Let your expectations be seen in your attitude, in your speech, in everything that concerns you. Don’t limit Me!”
“Throw away the teaspoons, throw away the cups and bring out the buckets, bring out the drums, bring out the water pots that will be filled to overflowing. Don’t limit Me! You have no idea of the magnitude of the goodness I have reserved for you. You have no idea of the greatness that I want to pour into you but you mustn’t limit Me.”
“You limit Me when you compare yourself with others. Don’t look at other people and say, ‘If God did it for them this way, then who am I to expect God to do more for me? Mine will be less!’ No! You limit Me when you compare yourself. My walk with you is individual. My walk with you is a walk of grace. It’s not a walk that you deserve. Therefore somebody who looks like they deserve more, somebody who seems to have served Me better might receive more because they have refused to limit Me. Don’t limit Me!”
“Don’t limit Me by where you are coming from. Don’t look at your past and decide that this is the measurement of what I can do for you. When I say that something good, something really good is in the air, I mean it! I am ready to do exceedingly, abundantly and above that which you can think, ask or imagine, but don’t limit Me. Great things are happening in your life! You can’t answer because you can’t see it yet. The good things are in the air! You may not be able to touch it, smell it, taste it, hear it but listen to me, they are certainly there.”
“So I declare to you that great things are happening in your life. An awesome outpouring of the rain of My blessing is drenching you. Don’t limit Me! Take away the umbrella, take away the raincoats, be drenched by My goodness, be drenched by My grace. Don’t limit Me! Be drenched to overflow by what I have in store for you, but don’t limit Me. These are great times you are living in. People would look at you and say, “But I used to know you, but you don’t look like who I used to know.” You’ll say “Yeah. I have a God whose centre is everywhere and whose circumference is nowhere. So I’m not the same, I can’t be the same! As I walk from His centre, there are no limits. As I keep moving in Him, there is more grace and there is more grace and there is even more grace to experience.”
“Don’t decide how much of My grace is coming your way, don’t limit Me! Dare to think big! Dare to take the risk! Dare to step out into the unknown! Dare to stretch your faith for the impossible! Don’t limit Me!”
“Which earthly Father would hold back from His children? How many of you as earthly fathers will not keep pouring into your children? I am God! I am your heavenly Father! I would hold back nothing good from you. Don’t limit Me! A lot of you have limited Me. A lot of you have been unable to believe me for the things I have said I will do in your life. Don’t limit Me! Don’t be afraid to think big. Don’t be afraid to dream big. Don’t limit Me! Don’t limit Me,” says God.
“Oh, may this sink into your spirit, may this sink into your heart. Be strong and of a good courage, for you are going into the Promised Land. Be strong and of a good courage, you are going to occupy the land. Every inheritance that belongs to you, you are taking it but don’t limit what I can do in your life,” says God.
“Strange things will happen in your work places. Strange manifestations will happen in your business. Strange occurrences will take place in your families. Strange encounters and strange meetings will begin to happen with people. They will all be destiny meetings. They will all be meetings set up by Me. But your eyes must be open expecting, anticipating, and realizing that something really good is here for you.”
Great things are happening in this ministry. We are going to start receiving cheques in amounts we have never received before. I know it! From single individuals, tens and hundreds of millions will be written by individuals. Some of them will not even be members of this church, because I have chosen to no longer limit what God can do. I dare to expect the impossible. I dare to expect the unusual.
“Don’t limit Me,” says God. “My centre is everywhere, My circumference is nowhere. That is the immensity and the intensity of this big God. My centre is everywhere My circumference is nowhere, so how can you limit Me? Let it keep pouring and pouring, drenching My people with My goodness. Let it keep pouring.”
“Get ready for rare expressions of My favour in your life, but you have to take it. Get ready for favour that is not fair. Some of you feel sorry for the other fellow, so you can’t receive My favour. No! My favour towards you is not fair. Leave the other person to Me, you, just don’t limit Me. Don’t carry the cross for someone else, take the limits off what you can receive from Me.”
I want to just share a very simple story God just reminded me of that will send this prophecy home. Forget about the individuals involved and pay careful attention to this story. My daughter was in school preparing for a project, she had worked nights and days to prepare a model. Finally, it was time to couple it together and the presentation was that Monday morning but none of the parts would fit. She decided to couple a part of it so she could have something to present. At this time she had downgraded herself in her mind from a grade A to B because the whole thing wasn’t working. While trying to get the little part to work, it broke and there was nothing to present. This was an hour to the time of presentation.
She began to cry and called her me, her dad was with me. As she was narrating what happened, her dad encouraged her saying, “Even the greatest designers have accidents,” but she replied that it wasn’t before their final presentation. So she continued crying. Then I told her that it is not her lecturer that would grade her; it is the grade she chose for herself she would get. She said, “Mum you don’t understand, I don’t have a piece and the little piece I have is broken. Others have finished, their work is complete.” I repeated, “It is the grade you choose for yourself you would get. The way you are crying now, you have already downgraded to a C and if that is what you go to the presentation with, that is what you will get. You can believe God for an A.” She said, “Mum I don’t have a presentation!” I said, “You’ve worked hard. Take your broken pieces and go for it. Do not shed a single tear. Dress well, clean up your face and go there like a confident designer that you are, who just simply had an accident. Accidents don’t wipe out the grace of God. Even accidents that you willfully did, if you ask God to forgive you, it doesn’t terminate the grace of God in your life.” Thank God she is a child who listens and she believed, and she went for the presentation.
As she began to explain to the professor, he said, “Oh this happens sometimes to people. I know you, you are one of my best students, and I know you work very hard. In fact give me the pieces; I will help you finish it. Then I will bring it back to you and you can couple it.” The man told her that she didn’t need to finish it and she shouldn’t worry about her grade. That didn’t say much to my daughter because in her mind, those words had moved her from grade C to B, but she had scored herself an A. She told the man that she would finish it, but he could help her do the parts he wanted to help her do. The man agreed on her insistence. She had no project, everyone else did theirs with their finished works and the man left the class and forgot his register in the classroom.
A rascally student in the class got hold of the register, opened the grading page and took a picture of all the student’s grades and showed it to my daughter. She was graded an A for something she didn’t do. Even though she had nothing to present; she chose her grade and decided not to limit what God could do despite the circumstance. I asked her if the others with completed works had A’s, but she replied and said, “Mum, far from it. This is nothing other than the grace of God.” If she had gone crying, wailing, cursing herself with a C, that’s what she would have gotten.
Don’t limit God! Don’t look at what you deserve, don’t feel sorry for the other people, they are not in the covenant you are in. Your case is different. Favour is not fair! Something good is in the air for you. Don’t limit God. God is able to do exceeding, abundantly, above what you deserve or what your circumstances says you deserve.
