The Presiding Pastor
Pastor Nkechi Ene (Mrs.)
The Presiding Pastor
Pastor Nkechi Ene (Mrs.), a full time minister of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, is the host of Freshdew. She serves as Presiding Pastor of The Carpenter’s Church, Port Harcourt Nigeria.
She was born in Accra, Ghana and spent most of her early years in Lagos, Western Nigeria. She is a graduate of University of Nigeria, Nsukka with a First Class Honours Degree in Electronics Engineering.
Pastor Kech [as she is fondly called] is anointed to dynamically teach the Word of God with grace expressed in clarity and charisma. This grace and her warm personality have endeared her to many and made Freshdew a household name in millions of homes over the past twenty one years.
She is married to Emeka Ene, an Engineering Executive and they are blessed with two daughters, Zoe and Chloe and also with adopted daughters, Tracy and Osi.
The Associate Pastor
Pastor Sola Akinwale
The Associate Pastor
Pastor Sola Akinwale, a full time minister of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, is the Associate Pastor of The Carpenter’s Church. He became the Associate Pastor in January 2014 having served faithfully for several years as an Assistant Pastor. He was born in Ibadan and spent most of his early years in the United Kingdom.
He holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. Himself a pioneer alumnus [Class of 2005] of the Ekklesia: School of Local Church, Pastor Sola has an inspiring grace to teach the Word of God. His God given ability to open up truths in the Word of God, bringing people to a clear understanding of those truths is a hallmark of his ministry. He has aptly been described as a “true son indeed” and a “chip off the old block” by his fathers, Pastor Charles and Pastor Nkechi.
