I want to thank God for His goodness to my family.
God has done my family well as He always does.
In the early hours of a certain Tuesday,
I had a dream that wasn’t pleasant and so
I decided in my subconscious that I was
going to pray and declare God’s Word about
it when I woke up in the morning but my good
Father said no. As I was still in my subconscious state,
I heard someone call my name loud and clear.
I jumped up from my bed and straight to the corridor
connecting the rooms in our house, everyone was sleeping
peacefully then I walked back to my room opened my mouth
and started praying in other tongues, declaring God’s Word
of protection and safety. You can be sure that Psalms 91 was
in my mouth. It is also our confession daily at home.
I declared God’s Word until I had that peace in my spirit.
I tried to be quite sensitive that day as I drove to school and work.
Less than thirty minutes after I arrived home ready to set out again for an appointment I had.
A young student who lives in one of our rented rooms
drove out with the same car to help me pick up my son from school
before I would set off again. He loves to drive so he sows that
seed in my family. He called to let me know that as he was negotiating to enter
the busy East-West Road when the brakes of the car failed and the car just
went straight into the major road and towards an old motor park. He tried
to control the steering and eventually the car stopped on its own.
It was God’s doing that the cars coming were not too close and even
the car that was close slowed down. How would I have explained that
another person’s son who chose to show me kindness got hurt in an accident?
When I told my husband who was out of town then he told me that
indeed the Holy Spirit called me up for this purpose. MY FATHER
is AWESOME OOOO. I have never heard my name from my sleep before.
God did what he had to do to get my attention. Great God!
Thank you Pastor for reopening our eyes to Psalm 91!
It has been one testimony of His deliverance and protection to another.
We love you Pastor.
