I want to thank God for delivering me from a plane crash on the 3rd of March 2012. I was flying from Port Harcourt to Frankfurt, but the flight required a stopover in Lagos. The flight between Port Harcourt and Lagos did not go as planned because it was raining and there was a flash of lightning that shook the plane violently. The lights went out and afterwards, the pilot explained what had happened and further assured us that the skin of the plane was made with a material that protects it from lightning strikes. I thank God for His protection because planes have been known to crash after being struck by lightning. That tells me that it was God and not the protective skin that guaranteed our safety.
