Love, Respect and Admiration for Pastor Kech

There aren’t enough words to fully express my love, respect and admiration for Pastor Kech. Her greatest impact in my life has been threefold:

Intimacy with God: She taught me the Word: “Breathed” it in and “breathed” it out! Much more, she taught me to enjoy intimacy with the Father and modelled it as a worship leader and pastor and I have never forgotten.

Marriage: As a young girl, as I observed her and Brother Emeka, I could physically feel the vibe of their love and respect for each other. It was so palpable, and I desired a marriage like theirs. I also watched how they lived simply, prioritizing things in their lives.

Parenting: She has taken me by the hand and given me priceless parenting counsel, often sharing her experience with very practical advice on raising godly children, which has been a treasure to me. I love to glean from this wise woman. My heart melts when I hear the empathy in her voice saying “Patos, I feel you!” She never judges me and lets me pour out my heart.

She is very clear, unambiguous, no hidden agenda, brutally honest and very disciplined. She cultivates gifts in others till they reach their fullest potential. She has significantly influenced my life and greatly inspired me. The values I have learnt from her have guided the choices I have made till this day.

I want to say a big thank you to my friend and pastor! I trust God that you experience your best years yet. I celebrate you and all that God has achieved through you these past 50 years!

Nn ke e, I was not surprised when the papers carried you as the whiz kid after your performance in your WAEC results, for once a whiz kid, always a whiz kid. You have been showing signs of greatness as far back as your early school years when you won a scholarship to American International School, Victoria Island, at age 5. You were one of the best 5 children chosen. I am using these to show that right from birth God has put the mark of a star on your forehead.

One reason why the whole family members love you so much is because you did not come when you were expected, and once you arrived, all of us, especially your two older sisters felt like eating you up out of joy.

Nn ke e, you are an epitome of giving. You give out even when your bank account is virtually empty, believing God will make it up. You train the children of the poor you do not even see physically. That is one reason why I believe God is always fighting your battles.

Nn ke e, mum loves you so much and God has shown that He love you more by calling you into His ministry where you are really preforming wonderfully well, winning many souls for the kingdom. Your work in TCC is good enough evidence that the Almighty is with you and will never leave you to suffer the challenges in whatever area they show up.

Your faith in God is indescribable. Thank you for helping me to build up my own faith in God.

To crown it all, you are blessed by a wonderful, understanding and loving husband, in the person of Engr. Emeka Ene “omenanwayoo” with whom you are blessed with two intelligent girls.

A Birthday Note Celebrating Pastor Nkechi At 50

Words are our primary medium of expression, and while they are generally effective in our day to day conversations, they become quite limited when moments like this arise. Who would have thought that when I sat about 20 years ago, compulsorily listening to the Word being preached by a particularly captivating woman preacher, before my favourite cartoon series, that I would be in the ministry and would later call this woman of God my pastor and spiritual father?

Words fail miserably in capturing the kind of impact that my life and ministry have received through the ministry of Pastor Nkechi. Indeed, like Timothy, I found my Paul, whose example of honouring and living by the Word has formed the anchor for the move of God in my own life.

As you celebrate your golden jubilee, I join all and sundry to celebrate the legacy of the Word that your life has and is reflecting. As you receive several, well-deserving gifts and accolades, I believe that one of the best gifts that you would receive today is to know that your life, in staying true to Jesus, has inspired the heart commitment of a younger generation to live a life worthy of our high calling in God.

A woman of so many sides – uncountable. A jack of all trades and yet a master of all. She is an unusual and extraordinary person. Nkechi Ene At 50

The golden gal, Pastor Dr. Mrs Nkechi Ene is a unique individual who has been ordained by the Almighty God to impact many lives positively for the Lord in her generation and in generations to come. We praise the Lord God for her day of birth, place of birth and the family that gave her to us as a gift. The Creator has compacted into one little frame, a diligent, devoted, elegant, brilliant, highly intelligent and humble daughter of Zion.

Judging by her great performance at the undergraduate level, I know that she would have become a PhD holder in her twenties and become professor in her chosen field of study before or by the age of thirty-five, if she had remained with us in the ivory tower.

However, the sovereign and all-knowing God delivered her from the daily routine of academia, and released her into His vineyard, to be a blessing and gift to the body of Christ, to turn her into the terrific mouthpiece of the Lord. He has endowed her with the power of the Holy Spirit and with power tools of God the Father (Romans 12), God the Spirit (1 Corinthians 12), and installed her into the offices of God the Son (Ephesians 4:10-13). When one listens to her rightly dividing the Word of Truth, one often wonders if the text or verse of Scripture she is dissecting had been in one’s Bible all along.

To her, we say a hearty congratulations, and our prayer to God for her is that she will continue in this her grace and strength, to the glory of God, the winning of souls and to the blessing of us her audience.

Many joyous returns of the day in divine health, strength and wealth, in Jesus’ name.

It gives me great joy to celebrate a remarkable woman; an icon with a large heart for people and the kingdom of God. Pastor Nkechi is a true champion of the faith. From the first moment I saw her over 20 years ago, what stood out vividly to me then was her passion and intensity for the faith. Knowing her more personally over time, has revealed a very remarkable woman of faith. On encountering her, one immediately knew where she stood and what she represented. I found out that she was one who lived what she believed. She is real. She has a tenacity for excellence and the Word of faith; both virtues that are getting more difficult to come by in this generation.

Her inner strength is clearly a driving force which has made visible her multi-talented gifting. She is quick, brilliant, articulate, forthright and has a sensitivity that is clearly behind her amazing accomplishments. I am blessed to know her and to have her in my life. My personal relationship with her has shown remarkable thoughtfulness, love and kindness. These are virtues that have endeared her to me. This 50th birthday celebration has given me the opportunity to let all know the brilliant qualities and the high standards she sets.

May the light she holds high continue to shine brighter and illuminate this generation. I am asking for more grace to be multiplied as she celebrates this golden age.

I got to know Pastor Kech more than two and half decades ago through my bosom friend, Pastor Charles Omofomah who spoke glowingly and excitedly about her innate qualities before I met her. When I eventually met her, I realized that I had not been told half of these qualities.

She is a lover of God to the core, and totally sold out to Him. She is so passionate about humanity and hates to see people suffer deprivation of any sort. A virtuous woman in all ramifications exemplified by her motherly nature.

She is of very high moral integrity a hallmark that distinguishes and places her on a different pedestal.

WOGI (Woman of God International) as we call her, has a knack for excellence, a Midas touch and hates mediocrity with a passion. She derives great joy in the upward mobility of those around her and would do anything 😍in line with God’s Word to make it work. She is a very compassionate woman easily moved by the plight of other people.

She is a great woman of the Spirit and the Word who walks and lives her talk. She is a disciplinarian to the core with love underlying every one of her motives. She is a stickler to the minutest details with the belief that whatever is worth doing at all, is what doing well. A very focused and organised person and a stickler to the vision. She pursues with tenacity whatsoever she believes in. She pours out herself by way of mentoring both senior and many upcoming ministers.

Because of my closeness to her I am able to see her as very profitable and worthy of emulation to both the pulpit and the pew in our present-day church of Christ.

In summary, Pastor Kech is graciously endowed on all sides. But for the limited number of words allowed one could go on and on about this golden jubilee icon Pastor Kech at 50.

I was privileged to get close to you when I was afflicted with that “MUMU disease” called cancer, which my Big Bros Jesus Christ used you to walk me through on my healing journey.  

 

Pastor you cared for me, you showed me that kind of love that a brooding hen shows to her chick. You carried my burden spiritually and emotionally. There is hardly anytime you passed me by that you didn’t use your eyes to give high 5. Just like King David you danced with me in the open in April 2018 when I returned from Turkey with the good news of my medical report.  

 

Pastor, you are the mother and the sister I never had. Your arms and doors were opened out to me. Oftentimes when I am hungry for a hug you give me that type of a wholesale hug the father of the prodigal son gave his son and not the “Deeper Life” type. My pastor I’m qualified to say you are my pastor in whom I am well pleased. 

 

Pastor I may not have that funmi long hair and alabaster oil Mary used to wipe Jesus’ feet, but I have a big mouth to wish you a thunderous happy golden and glorious open heaven birthday that has plenty of natural multivitamins.

Congratulations Pastor Dr. Mrs. Nkechi Ene, my ever consistent pastor.  

My first personal encounter with you was in 2003 when I was pregnant with Lyte, my last child. The pregnancy was long overdue and for reasons unknown, my baby wasn’t forthcoming. My FOG leader at that time booked an express appointment for me to see you. I met with you and you asked one profound question: “What do you want?” I asked myself, “What I want?” 

 

Though I was new in church, I had heard a series of TCC messages that had helped position me to know what I wanted in such situations so I answered, “Pastor, I want a normal delivery”, and you held my hands and prayed, saying, “I join my faith with yours and I declare that a normal delivery is what you will have in Jesus’ name. Amen”. That was the end of the prayer and appointment session amidst pleasantries. 

 

I left your office that day believing that declaration over my life, as it was literally tangible. The very next day, I had my baby as breached as he was positioned, instead of head down, he had legs down and yet with legs he was delivered. 

 

Thank God for making you an all-around blessing to the Anthony family in numerous ways: the roof over our heads, the way the children have turned out and many more all linked to your obedience to the call of destiny.  

This light of yours will keep shining. Oh yes, it will.

Pastor Kech: A Gem of Grace  

The first time I walked into your office, I looked like a scarecrow. My soul was bewildered by so many troubles and setbacks that it may have scared even a very anointed man of God, or so I thought. Yet you were all smiles like you had just discovered a piece of treasure. Of course, you had just met a covenant child of your Father who was bent over for many years and you were about to straighten her up with your Father’s Word – and that you did! 

 

I left your office relieved for the first time in many years. A very heavy burden was lifted off my shoulders. I fell in love with God’s Word and could now pray to my Father. You said I didn’t need anyone to communicate with my Father, not even you. It was tough to believe because of where I was coming from, but I dared to believe and walk in your counsel. 

 

Today, my story is different. I am walking in purpose and serving in my Father’s house.  I am also a wife and a mother. Glory to God! My life changed for the better because God in His mercy gave me pastors after His heart. 

 

My dear Pastor, you’re a Christian, spiritual, sensitive, loving, kind and beautiful. You groom with neither fear nor an iota of complex whatsoever. You are my pastor, the one God gave to me personally Happy birthday to you my prophet!

I still remember how you mentioned my name as an illustration in one of your messages Pleasant Places and I got delivered from spirit of fear of cancer.

You have been such an amazing blessing. 

 

I remember years ago while in school in Calabar you came to minister at the Shepherd’s Porch. It was such a great teaching service I wondered at the privilege the people who sat under you every Sunday had and how much they would have grown in their faith. Little did I know that God saw my desire and years later I married someone from TCC. It’s been an amazing eight years under your ministry, Ma. I know I’m a better Christian, I pray with more understanding, and I confess better. 

 

A year and a half ago, I had a nudge to show a seed into your life and since I haven’t met you personally, I wondered how possible it would be. I asked my FOG leader how it’s done; he said I could just drop it in the offering basket and it would get to you. I did just that and two weeks after that I had a raise in my salary at work. This is a testimony because that increase happened for me alone. My boss increased my salary by 33% and she normally doesn’t do more than 16%. She called to tell me she felt I should be appreciated considering how long I have been in the company, but I know very well that the increase was tied to my seed. 

 

God continue to bless and keep you. Thank you for letting God use you the way He does.

I could write the story of my life so far in a hundred ways, yet no version would be a true account without your palmprints laced through it. 

One memory that stands out is that Sunday morning when I walked into your office. I can’t clearly remember why I came to you, but I clearly remember eating cake and banana, and drinking juice, and feeling really safe and calm. It was the first time I remember speaking to you alone and since then, you’ve fed, directed, counselled, corrected, celebrated and supported me countless times. 

 

Each time you have shown me the importance of prioritizing the ultimate will of God for my life in any situation, and for that my life is better.

The story of our blessed God-ordained family started with our coming for pre-marital counselling after our relationship was established. That was our first very close experience of your grace, unction and wisdom willingly and eagerly poured out from your motherly heart. The things we learned and the impartations we received in those sessions have been foundational in the blissful marriage and prosperous life we enjoy today. 

 

We have seen you model the rare combination of excellence and integrity which make the beauty of holiness come alive. You are a clear picture of biblical faith in action, proclaiming continuously the principles of faith that work no matter the circumstance or geographical location. Your willingness to share testimonies of your victories and the processes that birthed them, and stories of your challenges and what you have done or are doing to overcome them give a vivid practical example of the Christian walk. 

 

It has been a great privilege to sit under your wisdom and unction and enjoy your pastoral care. We are also grateful for all the opportunities you have given to us to be part of teaching the same truths and principles you have taught us to others. Thank you for allowing us share in your pulpit.

You have no idea how your ministry has impacted my life. I have been a Christian for over 20 years, but the amount of spiritual growth that I have experienced in the last 18 months or so since joining TCC has been incomparable to all the other years prior.  

 

The undiluted Word that you feed me with has helped me to realize the importance of: Firstly, knowing the Father for myself and building a real and vibrant relationship with the Lord. Secondly, the restoration of the scriptural order of worship and praise is actually happening, and before you get to the altar to speak I am very full. Thirdly, understanding the need for maturity in the body of Christ, and the need to walk in love and faith as the first fruits of the spirit.  

 

I bless God for the Joseph Prince book that I read that eventually brought me to TCC, and for the annual Oasis event that was my first contact with TCC. You have always been there for me. Before I got married, we had those straight talks; thereafter, it continued. I came to REC with a mentality that could not handle the idea of a female pastor but after your exposition on the book of Colossians the same year, I received my deliverance. You are indeed my man of God. 

 

You were always excited to see me whenever you visited Chevron with Brother Emeka. You would find out if I was regularly exposed to sound teaching and how well I was growing as a young Christian. Whenever I visited from Lagos you made me feel valued. You taught me the difference between attending a church a being a member of church family. You made me realize that TCC was home and even when I was away for more than 4 years, I still felt the warmth of the family TCC. 

Thank you for the awesome messages that have impacted my life: A True Picture of a Friend, Dangerous Games, The Power of Continuity series and many more. One of your favourite quotes: “As a child of God, it is not a luxury to hear from God; your life can actually depend on it”, has stuck with me for good.

Pastor,  

I came to the Carpenter’s Church at a very low point in my life. It may have looked otherwise from the outside but my marriage was at its worst. We were not in agreement on a lot of issues; there was unforgiveness, pride and general disappointment. I hid the hurt and managed it like that. Separation was not an option for me because of my childhood experience. However, most of the time we lived like a divorced couple sharing a flat. My husband wouldn’t even go to church with me and the kids.  

 

In January 2016, I made a decision that has changed my story, I came to The Carpenter’s Church and I met you – not personally, but seeing you every Sunday became the therapy I needed. You stand at the altar and you talk about your husband like he was sent from heaven. I wanted that, but it was more than that. You model Christ’s love so naturally. His love wasn’t a feeling, it was intentional. Sometimes it was just a joke, other times a word of advice between a message, or outright chastisement. They all ministered to me.  

 

Today, my husband is in church and we’re in a much better place. It’s a work in progress but the last 3 years have been worth it. You stand at the pulpit teaching and you have no idea how many broken hearts are being healed, misconceptions corrected, marriages fixed. It can only be God. So, I thank Him every day for you and I pray every day that He keeps you in health and peace because I have yet to tell you my testimonies that are yet to unfold. Thank you for answering the call upon your life. I thank God because His mercies know no end in everything concerning you.

My Pastor Kech. 

I am not ashamed to announce you anywhere l go as my pastor and mentor. You have made your way into my life positively without even knowing it. I came to know you as far back as my early years as a teenager in Church of God Mission (CGM). First, as the Freshdew preacher whose messages, I enjoyed. Second, when l heard you preach in person at Woji, then CGM headquarters, Port Harcourt as our guest preacher for our teenage camp that year. Since then my spirit has been drawn to you and yearning to sit under you and listen to more of you. That which my heart longed for was ordered by God on that fateful Thursday about 10 years ago when l stepped into TCC for the first time. I went home that day getting convinced that I was already a member regardless of the fact that l was a devoted member of CGM. 

 

Since then, God has used you and Pastor Charles to work wonders in my life, from one level of glory to another as my mind was getting renewed by the Word. You build confidence in us through the Word of God. You always say, “One of you is like ten thousand people out there“. Words like this build confidence in me. Dear Pastor Kech, 

As I settle to write this note. I realized that it’s over 26 years that I met you. This was before I had the privileged opportunity of working closely with you as a volunteer Freshdew crew member between 1998 and 2005. In all these years, I have seen and respected your spirituality, consistency, integrity, compassion, hard work, intelligence, competence, diligence, patience, courage, generosity, commitment, etc. 

 

You love us unconditionally in spite of our imperfections and are always willing to make sacrifices just for our good. I recall how you willingly surrendered your only car then to my husband for two days just to take care of me during my first delivery. You even visited with your two daughters when my daughter finally arrived. You are always positive and see in us what we could become as against what we are. You do not shy away from challenges, rather you face them headlong with the Word of God.  

 

The call and grace of God upon your life endows you with the supernatural ability to take Scriptures and pull out the truths that bring us comfort and guide us on the right path.

Let’s talk of giving. My presiding pastor is the best giver I know of. Zero in on love. She loves agapely and does not seek her own. Let’s bring in joy. My pastor is always rejoicing in the truth. Now invite peace: Pastor is not easily provoked.  

Bring in long suffering. She suffers long for our sake. What of kindness? We all are witnesses that Pastor is kind, in fact very kind, and does not envy. Goodness beckons. My man of God is good and thinks no evil. Faithfulness is here: She believes all things so long as they emanate from God. Gentleness screams “What of me?” and I say, “Hey, my presiding pastor does not behave rudely. We lack the words to describe your care and kindness towards our family, being our shepherd, mentor, and teacher. Your exemplary life and ministry have greatly impacted us. You are indeed our man of God as you have demonstrated the call of God upon your life with faithfulness and simplicity. We have seen you live by faith just as you taught us.  

 

It was clear to me that you are a prophet of God from my first encounter with you in 2011. My husband brought me to your office to introduce me to you. After hugging me you looked at me and said to my husband “Kaananwi you have eye for good thing”. The hug and those words released me from inferiority complex as my self-confidence grew stronger.  

 

The Saturday before the last Healing Service, our little son Daniel was stooling uncontrollably. Just before we went to church that Sunday, he soiled his clothes with watery stool. When we got to church you called our case by asking children who had health challenges to be brought up stage. We did and our child was prayed for. Pastor, everything went back to normal, no constipation nor stooling again. We thank God for your life. 

 

As you clock the golden age, we know that God has blessed you with good health, wisdom, and will continue to renew your strength as you shepherd us. Have a wonderful birthday celebration and many more to come.

Dear Pastor Kech, 

A Yoruba adage states “One who is not reflective is one who is likely to be unappreciative”. In reflecting, I appreciate you for the impact you have made on my life, my wife and children. Most recently, on 5th January 2019 Keeping By The Holy Ghost service, you gave a word of knowledge about someone who had a brain challenge and that God has taken care of the matter. That was my sister who lives in London. She was slated for 4 hours of a medically–challenging brain surgery with a 50% chance of survival i.e., possible death. God went ahead and made the surgery a success. We shared the word of knowledge with her immediately after the service, and it gave her the assurance that she would come out alive from the surgery. She was initially afraid to do the surgery so she stayed at home with the associated medically-proven risk that she could suddenly die if she did not do the surgery this month. Our joy knows no bounds!  

 

This is one of the very many ways you have impacted my life, and I could go on, but alas, I am limited to just 250 words.

As I think of how to put in words your impact in my life, I remember. 

I remember the very first time I saw you teach very many years ago the message He Changed My Roots. To say that the message and that encounter have stayed with me all these years would be an understatement. That same power I witnessed in your teaching of the Word, I have continued to enjoy from your ministry all this time. In celebrating you Pastor, I celebrate your ministry and its impact in my life. 

 

I remember the times that your ministry has taught me, corrected me, instructed me, inspired me and has influenced my household positively and I have only known it personally for just under 10 years. 

I remember the rewarding levels of service to God that I have been called into by being a part of your ministry. 

I remember my testimonies flowing from your ministry Pastor – testimonies of how I was delivered from death, enjoyed supernatural provision, had children, attended weddings and many more. 

I look forward to the glory that lies ahead. The next 50 years shall be full of tales of joy, victories and testimonies obtained by His Word.

I celebrate a rare gem, an apostle of the Lord, totally sold out to her calling and purpose in Christ. 

 

In 2005, I walked into your office with an overwhelming schedule as a wife, mother and a demanding secular job, not to mention ministry demands. My world seemed muddled up without clear direction and I was worried about missing it. Your advice to me was to stay focused on developing a healthy relationship with my Lord taking a day at a time. “You cannot miss it”, you said. I still hear that even today. 

 

Pastor you lit my candle by that advise and I believe this is the testimony of many who have their candles lit up by your spark. Uncountable candles are lighting up other lives because selflessly you gave of yourself.  

 

I pray that you continue to increase in grace and wisdom, and I thank God for the ministry gift of you to the body of Christ and TCC in particular.

When nearly two and a half decades ago I walked into the then Royal Evangel Church at EffBee Hall, Rumuokwuta, Port Harcourt in search of God’s undiluted Word having just met Christ, it didn’t take me any time to notice this young lady who was happily “doing everything” in her Father’s house.  

 

Hearing her lead worship “brought heaven nearer to me”. It was not like anything I had seen before in my orthodox background. Her fervency for the things of God and Pastor Cee’s fiery messages and their humility were enough to cause me to end my search for a place I could call home. 

 

Yes, TCC has become home ever since. I have learnt humility, service and the art of sacrificial giving from my pastor, Pastor Kech ever since. These virtues have long become guideposts for my everyday life and in my career. I count it a rare privilege to have learnt under her feet and grown under her watch to be a leader of other people in my sphere of influence. 

 

Here’s a toast to my Pastor at the attainment of the golden age of 50. Here’s wishing my man of God, our mother in Israel, the Consider-It-Done (CID) pastor, pastor of pastors, my talk-and-do leader, my teacher and mentor, the pride of TCC, our Freshdew pastor a very happy birthday and the very best of life. We can boldly call you an apostle to the destitute and prisoners. Your love for these people is palpable and can be seen in the provisions you avail them with.

Many of the inmates in Ahoada and Degema Prisons now sleep on mattresses and bath regularly. They look better and don’t smell so bad anymore because of your generosity.

On our visit to the three prisons in December 2018, the fellowship leader in Ahoada prison said, “The Carpenter’s Church has tremendously blessed us and continued to be a blessing to us. Most of us no longer smell and the craw craw has left our skin”. They took some minutes to pray for you and TCC.

Your heart is large! Large enough to execute even projects that often exceed our budget. We drink from you and learn from you continually. Your drive for excellence impacts us all. There are beautiful times for you: new realms, good things and possibilities.

When I look into my marriage, I cannot but thank God for you for being a great pastor that will always tell her members the truth. You told me the truth in 1997 when I came to you asking for counsel concerning a marriage proposal from a single father of two. You asked me some questions and looked me eyeball to eyeball. I cannot forget what you said. You told me “Dupe, forget about that proposal, God will bring your husband. Don’t marry that man, he is not the right man for you”. Because I trusted you, I followed your counsel. That truth saved me from marrying the wrong man. I wouldn’t have been here today, and I would have missed my purpose in life if you had not given me that counsel.

You are my role model. I love your love for God, His Word and His people. Your generosity is amazing. You are an amazing pastor and mentor. I admire the way you handle your home, your care and love for your husband and children. The way you discipline, though very hard most times, yet very necessary for growth. You are one in a million. I love you my man of God. I am very blessed and highly privileged to serve under you. Your life of sacrifice for TCC and the body of Christ at large is so enormous and impactful. I see a visible, real and close example of a FAITH FIGHTER. I see many folded dimensions and manifestations of the wisdom of God in you.

Your life has been of great benefit to my life, family and ministry. You have greatly encouraged me to believe in myself, the gift of God in life and have placed a demand to see them manifest. You are a pastor who raises other pastors and does not put them down.

You are always ready and willing to support people God brings your way to fulfil their callings and purposes in God. I am grateful to God that my path in life came in contact with you.

Thank you for everything you’ve been to me.

Wishing You The Happiest Birthday

Happy birthday!

In wishing you the happiest birthday as you turn 50 this golden day, it is befitting for me to express my gratitude to God for the impact you have made in my life. As a young Christian, my curiosity of spiritual things led me to reading after some of the great men of God of yesteryears. I also got to know about those alive during our times. As I read of the lives and exploits of these men and women who walked the face of the earth, served the will of God in their own generation, and left their footprints on the sands of time, I drooled with desire and wondered what it would have been to have lived while these giants of God walked the earth.

Looking back, decades later, I can say that God heard my heart’s cry and gave me the opportunity of bringing me close to you. You are God’s General, a prophet extraordinaire, a teacher of the Word par excellence, a pastor of pastors. God has given you a unique ministry approved with miracles, signs and wonders, not only to TCC, but for this generation and those coming.

Knowing and serving under you has been one of the greatest honours of my life. It has given me the privilege of knowing you up, which in turn allows me to say you are gracious, loving, kind, and generous. The well-being of the sheep God has placed under your watchful care is at the centre of all you do. Listening and hearing God are earmarks that set you apart and have contributed to your almost unmatched success. Magnifying the grace God has given to you has caused ministers to come and learn at your feet as a spiritual father and mentor to many.

My prayer is that your light will keep on shining brighter with ever increasing excellence. The years ahead are full of greater glory and grace. This is just the beginning and we will all be here to witness it.
