Five days before our anniversary (The Carpenter’s Table) in 2007 my health came under serious attack. For three days I was unable to eat anything but liquids. On two occasions it was as though I passed out because I did not know where I was. The devil threatened me with death, but I told the devil that if I died I would be with my Father in heaven. Nevertheless, that would not happen because I had not finished my purpose in life.
All the while I was listening to various messages, The Pattern of Great Faith, All by Faith; alongside the previous anniversary message and other healing messages. I made up my mind to resist the devil to the last. It got so bad that I had to go for a test to know what was actually going on with me because it was beginning to affect my job. After the test, the situation became worse. I went to see Pastor Christopher Mordi and he told me that it did not matter how long it took – I had to resist the devil to have my victory. He also reminded me of the verse which says that greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Before the end of that day, I began to regain my health. The next day, I didn’t bother to go for the result of the test because I was already healed. Indeed miracles can be worked.
