I had been sowing seeds and expecting my harvests in the past few years. So I invested in a clothing business, I laboured at selling them but my overflow did not come. I kept expecting till the month of July 2010 when I got my pay slip. Wham! I received three bonuses and my July salary summed up to three months salary at once. As a contract staff where I work, these bonuses would not have been possible even with the intervention of the Nigeria Labour Congress or the best negotiation machinery around. In all my years of working in the company as a contract staff, I have never received any bonus because they are the reserve of the staff of the company. I am really grateful to God for His faithfulness.

As this blessing came so also came the tempter. People were leaving this environment and the brand new cars, which they used for just about a year and a half, were being sold in the company at very ridiculous rates. I was tempted to buy, but I had made up my mind to seize the moment and sow to the building project and other kingdom matters first. I thank God for my overflow.
