I Thank God for Broken Wall Healing School

I am thrilled to share this testimony because I have desired this outcome for so long. In May of 2009, I was about seven months pregnant when I had my first scan and a 93mm myoma (fibroid) was discovered. The doctor was amazed at the sheer size of the growth that she exclaimed, “How did you get pregnant in the first place?” She was also surprised that I hadn’t experienced any complications. She advised that our appointments be weekly from then on.

About a month later, she invited a specialist based abroad to examine me. The doctor was pleasantly surprised at how well the baby was doing in such “unpredictable circumstances.” At this time the growth was bigger than both baby and placenta together. She advised me not to let just any doctor attempt to take it out and that since I was able to get pregnant at all, I should have all my children before going down that road. She said, “Try not to wait too long to have your next child because a uterus in this condition may give up on you sooner than you think.”

My daughter was born by a c-section because labour did not come as expected and we eventually discovered that she was quite uncomfortable in the womb because the cord had tied round her neck twice. My baby was taken out successfully but the fibroid remained untouched (by this time it was 112mm).

In January 2011, after over a year of unbelievably painful periods and periodic abdominal cramps, I started having thought bombs about the same thing happening with my second pregnancy and I determined that I was going to rid myself of the growth. I spoke to my attending obstetrician and started talking with specialists abroad. I decided on what route I was headed and started making plans accordingly.

I thank God for that month’s Broken Wall Healing School with Pastor Charles. Pastor’s words liberated me that day and I began to think of all the prophecies that had come forth during the Hallelujah Week. I waited to hear my case called that Sunday but I didn’t and it seemed as though the service was getting to a close when the Word finally came. Pastor instructed that anyone who had a growth in any part of their body should place their hands in the affected area while he prayed. Initially, I didn’t react because I thought he was referring to external growths but then I thought to myself, “A growth is a growth no matter where it is situated.” I placed my hand on my protruding tummy and believed with my man of God even as he commanded the growth to dematerialize and be gone.

Three weeks later I went for a recommended scan, and I saw a doctor I had not met before and he told me about the presence of a “very small myoma.” He said, “It’s not a big deal madam, it’s just 25mm.” He added that the doctor could take it out during my delivery. My joy and gratitude knew no bounds and when I shared the news with the doctor, she kept on asking, “Are you sure you didn’t take any special medication for it?”

My traveling plans have since been suspended, but my praise has only just begun because what my Father has started, He will surely finish. I give God the praise.
