I believe that walking through the tent doors of The Carpenter’s Church in April 2003 can only be a birthday gift to me from God. I had come because a friend of mine invited me to the service. I had already decided that I was not coming back, yet I returned on May 4, 2003.

That was the day Pastor Nkechi started the series on After the Resurrection. While ministering under the unction of the Holy Ghost she said, “When God gives you a revelation He sets you ahead of your time.” Those words triggered a reaction in my spirit because I had studied the book of John 15 the previous day. I started the Believers’ Classes immediately after that service.

I did not come back again, since I had to go back to school, until 2008 after my National Youth Corps Services when I came for job-hunting. On July 20, 2008, Pastor Charles while ministering on the topic Our Coat of Many colours, prophesied and said, “This week you will receive a phone call that will change your life.” I received it and wrote it down. I did not receive a call but a text with an invitation to write an aptitude test in an organization in Calabar the following month.

While I waited, many challenges came. God saw me through this time and He showed me so much favor that people marveled. I received all the prophecies from my pastors with joy and stood firm on God’s Word. I got the job and went for training, and was eventually invited to start my interview. On December 31, 2008, I went to submit my final document, and two weeks after I signed the documents that confirmed the job. I have been enjoying God’s goodness and blessings since then. I believe the prophetic Word from my pastors and it can only get better for me! Praise God!
