On the Sunday before Oasis 2010, Pastor Nkechi called a case of a woman with hereditary irregular menstruation. I had just done a scan due to the scary irregular nature of my cycle. By this time, it had been off for more than six months. It had become a source for major concern especially since I was about getting married to a medical doctor who kept telling me that for there to be no menses, it meant I had no eggs/ovaries and thus would not be able to have children except I sought medical help. He encouraged me to go with him to see a gynecologist. I insisted I was not ready yet and I kept praying about it.

I had not been in Church in a long while and so I was surprised when Pastor Nkechi mentioned it. I did not raise my hand. She called the same case again the following Sunday being Oasis. This time, I raised my hand and took my healing and my period has been regular since then.
