I continued to declare the Word for my healing

It all started suddenly with no sign of its arrival, exactly sixteen days after a recent past menstrual cycle, I started bleeding. I was so sad, I worshiped God and kept meditating and declaring the Word of God from Isaiah 53:5, Proverbs 23:18. God then gave me a Word that the bleeding was a mirage. While thinking of visiting a gynecologist, I decided to trust God and continued meditating on my rhema word. The bleeding stopped but started again, two weeks after and this time, I panicked. Still meditating on the Word of God, I visited a gynecologist. He asked to place me on some drugs, but I refused and requested for a scan (ultrasound) instead. The result was fine except for a little cyst, which he said was not the cause of the bleeding. So I went home happy because my worst fear wasn’t confirmed.

I continued to declare the Word for my healing. The bleeding stopped and started again two weeks later. This time I was totally tired and spent, so I called the church office and requested for an appointment to see our dear Pastor Nkechi. Still declaring the Word of God frantically now as it was becoming a case of the “woman with an issue of blood,” I had so much faith that even the woman with an issue of blood got her healing, so mine wouldn’t be different. I immediately remembered the message on building memorials and celebrating milestones. I broke bread, thanking God for what He had already done for me. The bleeding became scanty, lasting for two days and stopped. By Monday when the church office receptionist called to remind me to call back and confirm my appointment, I knew there was no need to see Pastor Nkechi since it was already a testimony I would share with her. The cycle has normalized since then.
