18 Then he said, “Take the arrows”; so he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, “Strike the ground”; so he struck three times, and stopped.
19 And the man of God was angry with him, and said, “You should have struck five or six times; then you would have struck Syria till you had destroyed it! But now you will strike Syria only three times.”
2 Kings 13:18-19
How often we set a limit ourselves on what we can receive from God! Healing is in superfluous measure and there is enough for every type or category of sickness and disease.
A young lady once shared a testimony of how she always came to Broken Wall Healing School, expectant and with a big capacity to receive. She eventually received a complete overhaul. She would come with one condition or the other; from pain in her neck, ear, severe back ache, sore throat, menstrual disorder, pain in her lower abdomen and so on. In that atmosphere of healing, she would reach out in faith and receive her healing instantly without her case being mentioned by the gifts of the Spirit.
In her own words, “I have also learnt how to declare God’s Word on healing and to partake of the communion on my own. I believe it was in the Healing School of April 2009, the choir song He is Healing You was going on and I cried profusely, I couldn’t stop crying. I wasn’t sad but my heart was full of joy, God’s peace enveloped my heart, and I could feel the burden lifted. Just about when I was asking myself why I was crying, even when I didn’t have any physical challenge, Pastor came up stage and said that there are all kinds of healings available – emotional, physical, and even financial! There was so much healing everywhere. Immediately I knew God had just healed me of a prolonged emotional sickness I had been suffering from. All the pains and hurts of my past that had stood as strongholds in my life for over ten years just melted away. I knew I was free indeed. I praised God that day, my mind became open and free, and I am not withdrawn the way I used to be. I guess I was the only one who knew how bad it was. I thank God for the healing anointing.”
