Years ago, as I was planning for the year ahead, the Lord laid it in my heart to sow a seed of longevity into Pastor Nkechi’s life. This seed was on behalf of my mum, and I sowed it in January the following year.
Sometime in February, my husband called me from Lagos to inform me that my sixty-nine-year-old mother was involved in a fatal accident that involved a truck, an SUV, and the bus she was riding in.
Some Fulani herdsmen and their herd of cows caused the accident as they were crossing the highway. The bus my mum was riding in was in front of the SUV, which was closely followed by the truck, which was behind the SUV. These herdsmen suddenly crossed the high way and you can imagine the rest.
My husband told me the SUV was a write-off. My mum was sitting behind the bus driver. Everybody in the bus sustained various injuries while my mum was the only passenger who had no injury. I was told, she only came down and entered another bus.
This accident happened in February as I mentioned earlier but God had gone ahead of the enemy to avert the impact. It is really not a luxury to hear from God.
A million thanks would not be enough to thank Pastor Nkechi for the teachings she gives to us her flocks.
