I was transferred to Abuja, a town I had never lived before. Opposite the house where I stay is a beautiful house for sale. It brought to life my interest in Estate Management, a course I studied which I never practiced. I decided to market the house, which by the way was worth millions of naira. Along the line, I met someone I had worked with in Port Harcourt and as I told him about the property, he said a landlord he knew had asked him to be the agent to his property. He asked if I had a registered Limited Liability Company. Since I had none, to my surprise, he gave me seventy thousand naira (70,000.00 naira), to register a limited liability company to enable me send in a proposal for the property. I registered a company and he was not even part of the directors. I then sent the proposal as the agent to the property.

When I visited Port Harcourt during the Hallelujah Week in December 2009, Pastor Charles prophesied that we are giant killers and he asked, “Who is talking about your salary?” I was actually thinking about my salary as he was speaking. So I took that Word to be for me and back in Abuja I waited to see what God had in store. The proposal went through, and as the agent, I had to take inventory before handing over to the client. Since the transaction was in dollars I had to open a domiciliary account as the major signatory. After the deal was signed, the total value of $92,800.00 after tax was paid and my commission was $13,500.00. The bank charges were to be borne by the landlord.

The day I went for the first withdrawal of $60,000.00, I took a taxi and kept praying in tongues because I had not handled that amount of money in dollars before but it was my new level. This is just God's doing because it is much more than my annual salary just as Pastor had said. I am yet to get a buyer for the property that inspired me into this but I know I will because these are my days of heaven upon the earth.
