In the evening of Christmas Eve, I kept my baby who was eight months old at that time and entered the kitchen to prepare a meal. Shortly after that, I heard her whimpering. I rushed to carry her and quite unlike her, she vomited the food she had just eaten. She was rolling her eyes and was weak. Immediately, the Spirit of God brought to my mind an office pin that fell off from my hair gear in the morning. I put my finger in her throat to make her vomit but she did not vomit the pin. At that moment, a thought bomb ran across my mind saying, “She is going to die and you are not going to celebrate this Christmas”. I said out loud, “God! My daughter is not going to die! Please, forgive me for my carelessness”. Then, I put my finger again and pulled out hard this time and she vomited a bent office pin.
I thank God for saving my baby and also for the boldness that came upon me at that moment. This is a miracle to me because I have heard stories of people that swallowed pins. I thank God for His mercies.
