23 But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for what- ever is not from faith is sin.
Romans 14:23
“Now the just shall live by faith; but if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.”
Hebrews 10:38
Whatsoever is not of faith is sin. Anything that is of faith is a joy unto the Lord and an expression of your righteousness – of your being just. Supernatural faith is honoured by God. Hebrews 10:38 means that God has pleasure in you if you continue to live by faith.
Deuteronomy 32:20 shows us that the Lord turned His face from the children of Israel at that time because He said they were children in whom there was no faith. As believers in the Body of Christ, we carry the presence of God; we have Christ in us, as our hope of glory. Yet to many of us our experience in life is like God has turned His “face” on us like those who lived in the Old Testament! We are so without faith that we have nullified the benefit of having the presence of God in us. Do you know why God does not like faithlessness, doubt and unbelief? Simply because it is an insult to Him! You are telling God
He is a liar. You are telling God that He’s not worthy to be believed and that He is not credible.
Psalm 138:2 says that God has exalted His Word. God has magnified His Word. So if your faith is based on the Word of God and God has magnified His Word and you are living a lifestyle of faith, it means you’ve been magnified; you’ve been honoured; you’ve been exalted. It means you’ve been lifted up by God. God will always honour supernatural faith. God is openly partial to you when you live by faith. He doesn’t hide it. He doesn’t even try and pretend about it. The Bible says He is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). However, He is a respecter of His Word. Therefore, He is a respecter of faith based on His Word. Then we can say, He is a respecter of people who are living by faith in His Word. Such faith obtains the victory.
Confession:
Lord, I live to please You and bring You joy all the days of my life. I commit to living by Your kind of faith.
