My testimony is all about my undergraduate studies and the amazing grace God granted me during my undergraduate studies.
It all started in 2013 when I got admission into the University of Port Harcourt (Uniport) to study Mathematics and Statistics after writing several JAMB and post UTME examinations in various universities. I had so many challenges when I gained admission into the University of Port Harcourt where people asked me why I chose to study Mathematics and Statistics, considering that Mathematics was, in their opinion, difficult. Prior to my admission, I was not very good in mathematics, and I also had poor grades in my secondary school days.
But coming into the University Port Harcourt, God decided to change my story for good. Then I was not a member of The Carpenter’s Church (TCC), but I would usually visit the church for special programs such as Oasis, The Carpenter’s Table, Noel Show, etc. My brother, who was already a member of the church, would always tell me about the Presiding Pastor, Pastor Nkechi Ene and that she is a First Class engineering graduate of the University of Nigeria (Nsukka). That was where the desire to be a First Class graduate came into my life. I started applying the undiluted Word of God and I also worked hard in my academics.
By the end of 2016, I started visiting the church frequently; by 2017 I became a full member. It was during this period that I had the most amazing results. To crown it all, I want to thank God that I graduated from the University of Port Harcourt, Mathematics and Statistics Department with a First Class Honours with CGPA of 4.68 out of 5.00. I thank God also that throughout my undergraduate days I was not a victim of any bad incident and I was not robbed, instead, people always favoured me. In advance, I want to thank God for my Master’s Degree program for which I believe God to grant me a scholarship to study abroad. I strongly believe that in this kairos season, under open heavens I have received it by faith. Hallelujah!
