Changes To Wedding, Baby Dedication And Wedding Thanksgiving Dates In 2019
Certain special church events and programs coincide with weddings, baby dedications and wedding thanksgiving (dance). On other occasions, the second Sunday of the month which ordinarily should be the day for baby dedications and wedding thanksgiving takes place before the second Saturday of the month which is the day for weddings. In effect, couples that get married in such a month would have their wedding thanksgiving on a day other than the second Sunday of the month. Because of these it has become necessary for the church to adjust the dates of weddings, baby dedications and wedding thanksgiving in certain months. Therefore, couples intending to wed, and parents wishing to dedicate their babies should FIRST contact the church admin office and/or visit the church website to confirm the exact dates before going ahead to make their preparations. The highlighted dates below show the months where the regular dates have been changed.
