At noon on Tuesday the 27th of May 2014, I had an appointment with a client I had been trying to schedule a meeting with for about a month but I was very reluctant to leave my house. I was unsettled within me. I had to consciously remind myself that God loves me repeatedly before I finally found the courage to leave my house.

At about a hundred meters to the express road from my house, I turned towards the left in an attempt to get a cab going in the direction I was headed when suddenly I saw people in front of me shouting loudly. They were pointing to something behind me. I stopped, turned back and saw an SUV with two men inside looking very apologetic. They came down from the car and apologized profusely to me but I had no clue of what they were apologizing to me for.

I later realized that the brake in their vehicle had failed while they were trying to overtake a bus and I was right in their way. Their vehicle would have knocked me down flat and probably maimed or killed me but the miracle was that the brake was restored right on time without my knowing that anything had happened behind me. Thank God for delivering me. He gave His angels charge over the situation. To Him be all the glory and praise forever.
