I want to thank God for deliverance from fire outbreak. I used my hot plate to cook and did not remember to turn off the power source because there was no power supply on that day: Friday 1st of May 2015. Thereafter, I came to assist in the cooking preparation towards the choir outing that was being planned for the next day at my FOG leader’s place: Sis Grace Unutaro. I would normally check all electrical appliances at home before leaving to ensure all were switched off. This particular day, I left without doing this all important safety check.

By the time I came back at about 9 p.m. in the evening and remembered that I had forgotten to switch off the hot plate I used to cook before I left earlier in the day I went straight to check. The food I cooked was still on the hot plate. It turned out that there was power supply within the period I had left the house.

To God be the glory, I just couldn’t explain how God did it; even the food I had left on the hot plate was not burnt. Praise God for His faithfulness!
