SAY WHAT YOU BELIEVE

23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised).

Hebrews 10:23 (KJV)

This is another powerful principle of supernatural faith. Speak in line with what you believe. Too many of us are speaking what we feel and see. The Bible tells us to hold fast because there will always be something trying to make us lose our grip. We need concentration and determination to prevent us from losing our grip.

Your five senses are constantly sending information that will make you lose your grip; but the Bible says to hold fast. Keep your faith, keep saying what you believe, keep speaking God’s Word, keep acting out what you believe in spite of the circumstances, in spite of how foolish you may look and in spite of what the people say. The Word of God says that death and life are in the power of your tongue (Proverbs 18:21).

If a lady in a wheelchair says that she believes she is healed what do you expect her to do? Stand up! Now if she stands up and falls down, is she still healed? Yes of course! When she fell down she looked foolish. Perhaps her mother who is not a Christian says to her every time, “You will hurt yourself.” However, she says “Mum, I believe I am healed,” she is still acting out her faith because she is speaking. What she has not yet been able to do by getting out of her wheelchair she backs up with her mouth and she keeps at it. The next day she continues to exercise her faith. She says, “Please enrol me in that dance school.” She is speaking by faith. She may have fallen out of the wheelchair but she keeps on acting with her mouth. Soon after she stands again and this time she does not fall.

One of the best ways to act in faith is to speak what you say you believe. What do you believe? Speak it. You will hear your own words and your faith will grow more. Hallelujah!

Confession:
I will hold fast to my confession of faith. My confession remains steadfast and I will not waver. I declare what God has to say about the situation. I am confident that He is faithful that promised and I can rely on His faithfulness.
