35 Now the children of Israel had done according to the word of Moses, and they had asked from the Egyptians articles of silver, articles of gold, and clothing.
36 And the LORD had given the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they granted them what they requested. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.
Exodus 12:35-36

Like we said yesterday, God’s favour adds to you; it increases you; but it does not do just that, it also puts you at an advantage over other people. People competing with you in business are at a disadvantage to you, just because of the favour of God. Sometimes, when Christians go to offices for a contract or an interview and they see an unbeliever, they immediately develop an inferiority complex. This inferiority complex may arise because the unbeliever came dressed in a designer suit, and the Christian’s suit was made by a local tailor in some small town. So what difference does it make if a decent local tailor in your town made your suit? Was the designer suit not made by men? Don’t get intimidated; you are the favoured of God. As long as you are neatly dressed, put on your suit, regardless of where it was made, walk majestically. It is the other person that should be intimidated. You have God’s favour, and that puts him at a disadvantage.

God‘s favour puts you at an advantageous position over the enemy and I like that. Do not dress shabbily. If you know you’ve got God’s favour, you should square your shoulders, hold your head up, and dress smartly. Go about your life and business with boldness and confidence knowing that God’s favour is with you and His goodwill is towards you.

If you are attending an interview for a contract that you bidded for, go boldly in the consciousness of the favour of God. Even though you are not the best dressed, neither are you wearing a designer suit, nor is your perfume as good as the other man’s; there will be something about you that will be irresistible, and they will give you the job. The person awarding the contract will say, “There is something that is telling me to give you this job.” It’s not something, it’s Somebody. His name is the Holy Ghost. He nudges him in such a way that he cannot sleep. When he tries to sleep God says to him, “He’s my son, you must give it to him.” That is God’s favour.

Confession: Thank You Father, I am advantaged over others because You have favoured me. I walk in this consciousness and Your favour makes me irresistible.
