5 And from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood.
Revelation 1:5 (KJV)
Purify means to clean out, to cleanse, to carry away waste. You can see some parallels between your physical blood and His blood. In the physical, the blood in your body moves through your body and removes waste materials. Jesus Christ washed away our sins with His blood. We have received forgiveness of sins through His blood. There are some Christians who the Devil is constantly plaguing about something that they have committed.
Know this and know it once and for all: your sins have been washed away. When the blood in your body washes away waste materials, your body does not return them. Your whole body is programmed to constantly keep rejecting waste material. When a body is storing up waste, something has gone wrong. If physical blood can do that, then, the precious blood of Jesus, did much more than that.
All your sins have been washed away and not just the sins you committed as an unbeliever. Even when you miss it after you got born again, every single sin has been washed away. You have been purified and made clean. You have been made whole. Sometimes when negative things happen to you, the Devil comes to accuse you, telling you that it is punishment for that thing you did when you were already born again.
Have you asked the Father to forgive you? Yes? Once you did, you received the forgiveness of sins that He had already provided for you. Listen to me and listen to me really well: the Bible says that in Him, we have received forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7). The blood took care of all sins. Walk in your liberty. You have been purified by the blood.
Confession: I have been purified by the blood. The blood of Jesus Christ took care of all my sins.
